Common use of Nonsolicitation of Employees Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation of Employees. The Executive hereby agrees that during the Employment Period and for a period of twelve (12) months after the Date of Termination (the “Nonsolicitation Period”) the Executive will not, directly or indirectly through another entity, induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company or its Affiliates to leave the employ of the Company or its Affiliates, or in any way interfere with the relationship between the Company or its Affiliates and any employee thereof or otherwise employ or receive the services of any individual who was an employee of the Company or its Affiliates at any time during such Nonsolicitation Period or within the six-month period prior thereto.

The Executive hereby agrees that (a) during the Employment Period and for a period of twelve one (121) months year after the Date of Termination (the “"Nonsolicitation Period”") the Executive will not, directly or indirectly through another entity, induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company or its Affiliates Subsidiaries to leave the employ of the Company or its AffiliatesSubsidiaries, or in any way interfere with the relationship between the Company or its Affiliates Subsidiaries and any employee thereof or otherwise employ or receive the services of any individual who was an employee of the Company or its Affiliates Subsidiaries at any time during such Nonsolicitation Period or within the six-month period prior thereto.

The Executive Employee hereby agrees that during the Employment Period and for a period of twelve (12) 6 months after the Date of Termination (the “Nonsolicitation Period”) the Executive Employee will not, directly or indirectly through another entity, induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company or its Affiliates to leave the employ of the Company or its Affiliates, or in any way interfere with the relationship between the Company or its Affiliates and any employee thereof or otherwise employ or receive the services of any individual who was an employee of the Company or its Affiliates at any time during such Nonsolicitation Period or within the six-month period prior thereto.
