Nonwaiver; Remedies Cumulative; Severability. All remedies are cumulative and not exclusive, and no delay in exercising a right will be deemed a waiver thereof. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, all other provisions will remain valid and be enforced and construed as if such invalid provision were never a part of this Agreement.
