Store Closure. In the event of the closure of a store, employees shall be able to exercise their seniority to transfer to other stores of the Employer within the same division within the same contract area. In the event that employees are unable to maintain employment in another store in the same division, they shall be able to exercise their seniority to transfer outside their division within their contract area. If they are still unable to maintain employment, they shall be able to exercise their seniority to transfer within the total bargaining unit. Employees who exercise their seniority to transfer under this article shall retain their seniority. Employees who remain in the same classification and department shall retain their class hours and rate of pay.

Store Closure. If at any time Retailer sells or closes a Store Location, the parties shall have the rights and obligations set forth on Schedule 7.19 hereto.
Store Closure. In stores receiving transferred sales in the case of a store closure, the additional hours of work that result will be fully dedicated to the pre, 1993, senior employees from the closed store. Additional weekly hours of work will be those that exceed those worked in the previous four (4) weeks of normal operation. Other pre 1993, employees who were working in the closed store will be transferred to a new home store in which they can exercise their seniority to work toward achieving their Base Hours. When a pre 1993, part-time employee is transferred to another store, seniority will govern in the achievement of the employee’s Base Hours.

If with respect to any such Account there is not another Store Location within eighty (80) miles of the sold or closed Store Location, then Bank may request that Retailer waive the sixty (60) consecutive day period contemplated in the preceding sentence, which Retailer may waive in its reasonable discretion. Store Closure. Should a store in the Bargaining Unit close, the Parties agree that the seniority of all employees in the Bargaining Unit be "dove-tailed" in accordance with each employee's Mid-Island Consumer Co-operative seniority date within the remaining store or stores within their classification for the purpose of any layoffs resulting from the store closure.
