Common use of Noon Duty, Morning Detention and Recess Duty Clause in Contracts

Noon Duty, Morning Detention and Recess Duty. All teachers who supervise noon duty, morning detention, or recess duty will be given 50 free lunches per fiscal year to be used throughout the school year. Teachers will have the opportunity to use those 50 free lunches when they so choose throughout the school year. When all 50 free lunches have been used it the teacher’s responsibility to pay for any additional lunches above the 50 free lunches.
