Normal Post-Termination Compensation and Benefits. Except as provided in Section 3.01, if the Executive’s employment is terminated for any reason following a Change in Control and during the term of this Agreement, the Company will pay the Executive the normal post-termination compensation and benefits payable to the Executive under the terms of the Company’s retirement, insurance, and other compensation or benefit plans, programs, and arrangements, as in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control. This provision does not restrict the Company’s right to amend, modify, or terminate any plan, program, or arrangement prior to a Change in Control.
