Common use of NORMAL POST-TERMINATION PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

NORMAL POST-TERMINATION PAYMENTS. If the Employee's employment shall be terminated for any reason during the Term of this Agreement (or, if later, prior to the end of the Change-in-Control Protective Period), the Employer shall pay the Employee's normal post-termination compensation and benefits to the Employee as such payments become due. Subject to Section 10 hereof, such post-termination compensation and benefits shall be determined under, and paid in accordance with, the Employer's retirement, insurance and other compensation or benefit plans, programs and arrangements (other than this Agreement).
