Normal Wear & Tear for Carpets. The Lease between the Landlord and Tenant will approximately define normal wear and tear for carpets as “Worn areas on carpet in high traffic areas, indentations caused by furniture, and permanent stains (non-pet)”. c. Normal Wear & Tear for Interior Walls - The Lease between the Landlord and Tenant will approximately define normal wear and tear for interior walls as “If the walls become slightly dirty and/or scuffed and faded in certain areas, fading, peeling, or cracked paint, slightly torn or faded wallpaper, crayon marks, small nail holes in interior walls caused from hanging pictures”. The Broker will deduct from the Tenant’s Security Deposit to repair damage caused by installing/removing TV mounts, drywall anchor bolts and large nails or screws ¼ inch in diameter or greater. The Broker will not deduct anything from the Tenant’s Security Deposit to repair normal wear and tear. The Landlord will be responsible for paying to have the walls repainted to recover from the effects of allowed normal wear and tear to the interior walls.

  • Rate Redetermination after Catastro- phic Damage In event of Catastrophic Damage and ad- justment, if any, of Included Timber, Contracting Officer shall make an appraisal to determine for each species the catastrophe-caused difference between the appraised unit value of Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the catastrophe and the appraised unit value of existing and potential Included Timber immediately after the ca- tastrophe. Included Timber is any that would not be elimi- nated under B8.32. Potential Included Timber is any that would be added under B8.32. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of catastrophe shall be adjusted by said differences to be- come the redetermined rates for the purpose of a contract modification under B8.32. Accordingly, Base Rates shall be adjusted to correspond to the redetermined rates if redetermined rates are less than the original Base Rates, subject to new Base Rate limitations of 25 cents per hun- dred cubic feet or equivalent. However, existing Base In- dices shall not be changed under this Subsection. Upon agreement under B8.32, redetermined rates and Required Deposits shall be considered established under B3.1 for timber Scaled subsequent to Catastrophic Damage. At time of such appraisal, Specified Road construc- tion cost shall include the estimated cost of any construc- tion work listed in the Schedule of Items performed and abandoned.

  • Normal Workday The normal workday shall consist of eight (8) consecutive hours of work within a twenty-four (24) hour period.

  • Normal Work Year The normal work year for the Administrator shall be Two Hundred Sixty (260) days between July 1 and June 30 annually which will include all student attendance days and teacher work days. The Administrator shall not be entitled to any additional paid days unless specifically required to work beyond the Two Hundred Sixty (260) day contract by the Superintendent or the Board.

All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.
