Common use of Not a government official Clause in Contracts

Not a government official. Unless disclosed in writing to URBN’s General Counsel, neither Vendor nor any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders or owners are government officials nor have they been in the last five years. If at any time, any such person is named, appointed, or otherwise becomes a government official, Vendor will notify URBN’s General Counsel in writing within seven business days.
