Common use of Not a Limitation Clause in Contracts

Not a Limitation. Nothing in this section 5.D. is intended to or shall be construed to limit Developer from receiving, in consideration of the improvements to be constructed by Developer hereunder, any other credits or reimbursements from County otherwise provided under the existing County policy, rule, regulation or ordinance.
