Not a Public Dedication. Except for permissible dedications made in accordance with the express provisions hereof, nothing herein contained shall be deemed to be a gift or dedication of any portion of the Property to the general public or for any public purposes whatsoever, it being the intention of the Declarant that this Declaration shall be strictly limited to and for the purposes herein expressed.
