Common use of Not a Public Dedication Clause in Contracts

Not a Public Dedication. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to be a gift or dedication of any portion of any easement area to the general public or for the benefit of the general public or for any public purpose whatsoever, it being the intention of the Grantor that this Easement shall be strictly limited to and for the purposes herein expressed.

Not a Public Dedication. Nothing herein contained herein shall be deemed to be a gift or dedication of any portion of any easement area Parcel, or any portion thereof, to the general public or for the benefit of the general public or for any public use or purpose whatsoever, it being the intention and understanding of the Grantor parties that this Easement Agreement shall be strictly limited to and for the purposes herein expressedexpressed for the maintenance and operation of private property solely for the benefit of the Owners and their Permittees.

Nothing Except as expressly provided herein, nothing herein contained herein shall be deemed to be a gift or dedication of the Utility Easement Area or any other portion of any easement area the Property to the general public or for the benefit of the general public or for any public purpose whatsoever, it being the intention of the Grantor parties that this Easement Agreement shall be strictly limited to and for the purposes herein expressed.
