Not Affected by Workmen’s Compensation or Certain Benefit Acts. In claims against any person or entity indemnified under this paragraph by the A/E, the indemnification obligation under this paragraph shall not be limited by a limitation on the amount or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable by or for the A/E under workers' or workmen's compensation acts, disability benefits acts or other employee benefit acts.
