In claims against any person or entity indemnified under this Paragraph 7.8 by an employee of the DESIGN/BUILD TEAM, anyone directly or indirectly employed by the DESIGN/BUILD TEAM, the agent, consultant or independent contractor of any of them or anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable, the indemnification obligation under this Paragraph 7.8 shall not be limited by a limitation on the amount or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable by or for the DESIGN/BUILD TEAM or said employee, agent, consultant, independent contractor or anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable, under workers' or workmen's compensation acts, disability benefits acts or other employee benefit acts.
