Not Cause Nuisance. Not use the Property or allow others to use the Property in a way which may cause damage or a disturbance nuisance annoyance or inconvenience to neighbouring adjoining or adjacent property or to the owners or occupiers of them.

Not Cause Nuisance. (49.1) Not do or permit or suffer to be done in or on the Property any act or thing which may be a nuisance, damage, or annoyance to a person residing, visiting or otherwise engaged in lawful activity or to the owners or occupiers of the neighbouring premises. (49.2) Not make any noise or play or permit the playing of any radio, television, other audio or electronic equipment or musical instrument or singing in or about the property between the hours of 11pm and 8am so as to be audible outside the Property or to the adjoining and neighbouring occupiers. (49.3) No washing machine, whether property of the Landlord or Tenant, to be used or operated before 8am or after 9pm where the machine is audible to the adjoining and neighbouring occupiers.

  • For Cause For a material breach that remains uncured for more than thirty calendar days or other specified period after written notice to the Contractor, the Contract or Purchase Order may be terminated by the Commissioner or Authorized User respectively, at the Contractor’s expense where Contractor becomes unable or incapable of performing, or meeting any requirements or qualifications set forth in the Contract, or for non-performance, or upon a determination that Contractor is non-responsible. Such termination shall be upon written notice to the Contractor. In such event, the Commissioner or Authorized User may complete the contractual requirements in any manner it may deem advisable and pursue available legal or equitable remedies for breach.
