Common use of Not to cause any damage Clause in Contracts

Not to cause any damage. The Lessee shall not at any time during the Term cause any damage to any of the infrastructure provided by the Lessor in the said Industrial Area or to Lessor’s property. In the event such of damage the Lessor may by notice to the Lessee call upon them to rectify the damages and upon Lessees failure to do so within a reasonable time. The Lessor may rectify the same at expense in all respect of the Lessee.
