Not to contravene the Air Pollution Control Ordinance. No Owner shall install any furnace, boiler or other plant or equipment or use any fuel or use any method or process of manufacture or treatment which might in any circumstances result in the discharge or emission whether it be in the form of gas, smoke, liquid or otherwise which may contravene the Air Pollution Control Ordinance (Cap. 311) or any amendments thereto.
