NOT TO DIVULGE CERTAIN INFORMATION. During the term of this Agreement and forever thereafter and except for the provisions of paragraphs 17 and 18 below, the CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available, to any third party, without the express written permission of the CITY, any non-public information, where such information has not been properly subpoenaed, concerning the services rendered by the CONTRACTOR.
