Common use of Not to use Clause in Contracts

Not to use. (i) a Flat other than for private residential use and without prejudice to the generality of the above, no Flat shall be used as a boarding house or for any form of commercial letting or occupancy in bed spaces or cubicles Provided That the First Owner may use any Flat owned by it as a show flat; and

(i) a Flat other than for private residential use and without prejudice to the generality of the above, no Flat shall be used as a boarding house or for any form of commercial letting or occupancy in bed spaces or cubicles Provided That the First Owner may use any Flat owned by it as a show flat; andflat causing as little disturbance and inconvenience as possible to other Owners and not impeding or restricting the access to the other Flats (the Manager may (acting reasonably) prescribe the time and manner of access to the show flats and control the number of visitors);
