Common use of NOTE on Coronavirus Clause in Contracts

NOTE on Coronavirus. The contractor and contractor’s COVID-19 Site Supervisor are responsible for full monitoring, compliance, and enforcement of the contractor’s plan. J-U-B‘s review or other actions related to the contractor COVID-19 plan do not extend to the means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction or to the safety precautions and programs incident thereto. If Standard Exhibit A – Construction Phase Services is attached, the additional terms contained therein apply to this Agreement.
