Common use of Note to Tenderer Clause in Contracts

Note to Tenderer. Health intends that Project Services would only be used in exceptional circumstances and only at the initiation of Health, as the flexibility provided to the Service Provider in delivering the Services means that the Service Provider is responsible for providing all Services needed to meet the Outcomes (i.e. all the Services are within scope). Project Services may be considered for major new or change initiatives that Health initiates, and will include the addition of another register to the Register.
