The Note Trustee shall not have any responsibility for any of the obligations of the other Transaction Parties and the other Transaction Parties acknowledge that the Note Trustee has no such responsibility and that the Note Trustee is entitled to the protections contained in and on the terms set out in the Note Trust Deed.
