Common use of Noteholder Non-Principal Collections Clause in Contracts

Noteholder Non-Principal Collections. On each Deposit Date, the Servicer shall allocate to Series 2001-1 and retain in the Collection Account an amount equal to the Floating Allocation Percentage then in effect of Allocable Non-Principal Collections deposited in the Collection Account for such Deposit Date.

Noteholder Non-Principal Collections. On each Deposit Date, the Servicer shall allocate to Series 20012004-1 and retain in the Collection Account an amount equal to the Floating Allocation Percentage then in effect of Allocable Non-Principal Collections deposited in the Collection Account for such Deposit Date.
