NOTEHOLDER'S LIST. The Company covenants and agrees that it and every obligor upon the Notes will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Note Agent at such times as the Note Agent may request in writing, within thirty (30) days after receipt by the Company of any such request, a list in such form as the Note Agent may reasonably require containing all information in the possessions or control of the Company as to the name and addresses of the Noteholders obtained (in the case of each list other than the first list) since the date as of which the next previous list was furnished. Any such list may be dated as of the date not more than fifteen (15) days prior to the time any information is furnished or caused to be furnished and need not include information received after such date.
