Notes in issue. As soon as reasonably practicable (and in any event within three months) after each date on which the Notes fall due for redemption, the Registrar shall notify the Issuer, the Principal Paying Agent, the Note Trustee, and the Security Trustee (on the basis of the information available to it) of: (a) the serial numbers and principal amount of any Registered Definitive Notes against surrender of which payment has been made; and (b) the serial numbers and principal amount of any Registered Definitive Notes which have not yet been surrendered for payment.

Notes in issue. As soon as reasonably practicable (and in any event within three months) after each date on which the Notes fall due for redemption, the Registrar Principal Paying Agent shall notify the Issuer, the Principal Paying Agent, the Note Trustee, Issuer and the Security Trustee (on the basis of the information available to it) of: (a) the serial numbers and principal amount of any Registered Definitive Notes against surrender of which payment has been made; and (b) made and of the serial numbers and principal amount of any Registered Definitive Notes which have not yet been surrendered for payment.
