Common use of Notice and Date of Termination Clause in Contracts

(a) Any termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder by the Company or the Executive (other than termination due to the Executive’s death) shall be communicated by a written “Notice of Termination” to the other Party in accordance with Section 11 hereof.
