On October 2008 the Landlord served notice on the Tenant pursuant to the provisions of the 1954 Act Section 38A(3) as inserted by the Regulatory Reform (Business Tenancies) (England and Wales) Order 2003 and on 2008 the Tenant made a simple/ statutory declaration pursuant to the Regulatory Reform (Business Tenancies) (England and Wales) Order 2003 Schedule 2.

On October 2008 20th February 2012 the Landlord served notice on the Tenant pursuant to the provisions of the 1954 Act Section 38A(3) as inserted by the Regulatory Reform (Business Tenancies) (England and Wales) Order 2003 and on 2008 27th February 2012 Xxx Xxxxxxx who was duly authorised by the Tenant to do so made a simple/ statutory declaration pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Regulatory Reform (Business Tenancies) (England and Wales) Order 2003 Schedule 22003.

On October 2008 By letter sent by Recorded Delivery on 2010 the Landlord served notice Notice on the Tenant pursuant to the provisions of Section 38A(3) of the 1954 Act Section 38A(3) as inserted by the Regulatory Reform (Business Tenancies) (England and Wales) Order 2003 and on 2008 2010 a person duly authorised by the Tenant in relation to the Notice made a simple/ statutory declaration pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Regulatory Reform (Business Tenancies) (England and Wales) Order 2003 Schedule 22003.
