Notice and Filing of Requests. 5.1.1 Any request by the A/E for additional fees or expenses shall be made in writing to the Contracting Authority and filed prior to payment of the final five percent of the Basic Fee. The A/E’s failure to comply with the requirements of this Section 5.1.1 shall constitute an irrevocable waiver by the A/E of any request for such fees and expenses.
