Notice and Filing of Requests. 5.2.1 Any request by the CM for additional fees or expenses shall be made in writing to the Contracting Authority and filed prior to payment of the xxxxx 0 percent of the Basic Fee. The CM’s failure to comply with the requirements of this Section 5.2.1 shall constitute an irrevocable waiver by the CM of any request for such fees and expenses.
