Notice and Reason for Transfer. Before an involuntary transfer or promotion is put into effect, the employee and the CCE/AFT shall be given no less than twenty (20) working days prior written notice and shall be given a reason(s) for the administrative action. During the 20 day period prior to the date of transfer the District shall seek and consider input from CCE/AFT.
