Common use of Notice and Report of Mechanical Completion Clause in Contracts

Notice and Report of Mechanical Completion. When Contractor believes that it has achieved Mechanical Completion, it shall deliver to Owner a notice thereof (the "Notice of Mechanical Completion"). The Notice of Mechanical Completion shall contain a report in a form reasonably acceptable to Owner and with sufficient detail to enable Owner to determine whether Mechanical Completion has been achieved.

Notice and Report of Mechanical Completion. When Contractor believes determines that it has achieved satisfied the conditions for Mechanical Completion, it Contractor shall deliver to Owner a notice thereof written Notice of such determination (the "Notice of Mechanical Completion")”) to Owner in the form set forth in Appendix I-4. The Notice of Mechanical Completion shall will contain a report in a form reasonably acceptable to Owner and with sufficient detail to enable Owner to determine whether certification by Contractor that it has satisfied all of the conditions for Mechanical Completion has been achievedpursuant to this Section 6.2.
