Promptly following receipt by Administrative Agent of an executed Assignment and Assumption, Administrative Agent shall give notice to the Borrower and to the Lenders of: (i) the effectiveness of the assignment by the assigning Lender to the Assignee Lender (or the affiliate of the Lender); and (ii) the revised Pro Rata Shares and maximum amounts of the Commitment in effect as a result of such assignment.
