Notice; Calculations; Etc. Whenever the Equity Interest issuable hereunder shall be adjusted as provided in this Section 3.3, the Company shall provide to the Holder a statement, signed by an Executive Officer, describing in detail the facts requiring such adjustment and setting forth a calculation of the Equity Interest applicable to each Warrant after giving effect to such adjustment. All calculations under this Section 3.3 shall be made to the nearest one hundredth of a cent or to the nearest one-tenth of a unit, as the case may be.
