Notice; Calculations; Etc. Whenever the Exercise Price and the number of Warrant Shares shall be adjusted as provided in this Section 3.3, Coachmen shall provide to each Holder a statement, signed by an Executive Officer, describing in detail the facts requiring such adjustment and setting forth a calculation of the Exercise Price and the number of Warrant Shares applicable to each Warrant after giving effect to such adjustment. All calculations under this Section 3.3 shall be made to the nearest one hundredth of a cent or to the nearest one-tenth of a share, as the case may be.
