Notice; Conversion Calls. Developer shall have given the City one hundred twenty (120) days notice of the proposed Senior Loan Conversion. Developer shall also: (a) submit draft cash flow proformas and sources and uses to City at least 60 days prior to conversion and (b) convened conversion calls at least 90 days prior to conversion.
