Notice from Construction Manager. The Construction Manager shall notify the Architect when the Construction Manager believes that it has obtained Final Completion. At that time, Construction Manager shall submit to the Architect a proposed Certificate of Final Completion for each portion of the Work Construction Manager believes is, in fact, complete. Each such proposed Certificate of Final Completion must state the responsibility of each party for security, maintenance, heat, utilities, damage to the work, and insurance, must include a list of items to be completed or corrected, and must fix the time within which the Construction Manager shall complete the items listed therein. The Architect may notify the Construction Manager that it does not approve of a proposed Certificate of Final Completion. If the Owner rejects a proposed Certificate of Final Completion, the Architect, on behalf of the Owner, will provide Construction Manager with written notice, as to the Owner's basis for rejecting a proposed Certificate of Final Completion.
