Notice from One Party to the Other. All notices required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed duly served if mailed by certified mail, postage prepaid, by recognized overnight courier, or by facsimile transmission which provides confirmation of receipt, addressed, if to Tenant, at the address of Tenant or such other address as Tenant shall have last designated by notice in writing to Landlord and, if to Landlord, at the address of Landlord or such other address as Landlord shall have last designated by notice in writing to Tenant. If requested, Tenant shall send copies of all such notices in like manner to Landlord’s mortgagees and any other persons having an interest in the Premises and designated by Landlord. Any notice so addressed shall be deemed duly served on the second business day following the day of mailing if so mailed by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, whether or not accepted, on the following business day if sent by recognized overnight courier, whether or not accepted, and on the day of receipt if received on or before 5 p.m. in the time zone of the recipient, if sent by facsimile.
