Notice in the Case of Changing Needs of the University; Retrenchment of a Unit Member. a. When circumstances permit, the Board shall provide a minimum of fifty-two (52) weeks’ notice to full-time bargaining unit members with seven (7) or more years of service and twenty-six (26) weeks’ notice to full-time bargaining unit members with less than seven (7) years but more than one (1) year of service. Such notice shall be provided in writing.
