Common use of Notice of Achievement; Timing of Payment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Achievement; Timing of Payment. With respect to each Event referred to in Section 7.3.1, GNE shall inform Immunocore within [***] of the achievement of such Event (whether such Event is achieved by GNE, Roche or its Sublicensees). GNE shall pay Immunocore the respective accrued and payable Event Payment within [***] of receipt of an invoice from Immunocore with respect thereto.
