Common use of Notice of Achievement Clause in Contracts

Notice of Achievement. Parent shall notify Stockholders Representative in writing of the achievement of each Milestone Event by Parent, its Affiliate, or a Product Transferee within ten (10) Business Days after the date of achievement of such Milestone (each, a “Milestone Notice”).

Notice of Achievement. Parent shall notify the Stockholders Representative in writing of the achievement of each Milestone Event by Parent, its Affiliate, or a Product Transferee as follows: (A) within ten twenty (1020) Business Days after the date of achievement of the Development Milestone; and (B) within thirty (30) Business Days after the end of the calendar quarter in which a Commercial Milestone is first achieved (any such Milestone (eachnotice, a “Milestone Notice”).

Parent shall notify Stockholders the Stockholder Representative in writing of the achievement of each Milestone Event by Parent, its Affiliate, Parent or a Product Transferee any other Milestone Obligor within ten five (105) Business Days after the date of achievement of such Milestone (each, a “Milestone Notice”).
