Common use of Notice of Adjourned Meetings Clause in Contracts

Notice of Adjourned Meetings. At least ten days’ notice of any meeting adjourned through want of a quorum shall be given in the same manner as of an original meeting and such notice shall state the quorum required at such adjourned meeting.
