Notice of Adoption of Plan. As soon as possible and in any event within thirty (30) Days after the Borrower or any Related Entity adopts a new Plan, the Borrower or such Related Entity shall notify the Lender of the adoption of the new Plan. Adoption of a new Plan shall include the adoption of the new Plan by the Borrower or such Related Entity as well as inclusion of employees of the Borrower or such Related Entity under the Plan of another corporation.
