Adoption of Procedures. State Street and each Fund may from time to time adopt such procedures as they agree upon, and State Street may conclusively assume that no procedure approved or directed by a Fund, a Fund’s or Portfolio’s accountants or other advisors conflicts with or violates any requirements of the prospectus, articles of incorporation, bylaws, declaration of trust, any applicable law, rule or regulation, or any order, decree or agreement by which the Fund may be bound. Each Fund will be responsible for notifying State Street of any changes in statutes, regulations, rules, requirements or policies which may impact State Street responsibilities or procedures under this Agreement.
Adoption of Procedures. Custodian and Fund may from time to time adopt procedures as they agree upon, and Custodian may conclusively assume that no procedure approved or directed by Fund or its accountants or other advisors conflicts with or violates any requirements of its prospectus, articles of incorporation, bylaws, any applicable law, rule or regulation, or any order, decree or agreement by which Fund may be bound. Fund will be responsible to notify Custodian of any changes in statutes, regulations, rules, requirements or policies which might necessitate changes in Custodian's responsibilities or procedures.
Adoption of Procedures. Custodian and Fund may from time to time adopt procedures as they agree upon, and Custodian may conclusively assume that no procedure approved by Fund, or directed by Fund, conflicts with or violates any requirements of its prospectus, "Articles of Incorporation", Bylaws, or any rule or regulation of any regulatory body or governmental agency. Fund will be responsible to notify Custodian of any changes in statutes, regulations, rules or policies which might necessitate changes in Custodian's responsibilities or procedures.

State Street and Fund may from time to time adopt such procedures as they agree upon, and State Street may conclusively assume that no procedure approved or directed by Fund, Fund's or Portfolio's accountants or other advisors conflicts with or violates any requirements of Fund's Prospectus, governing documents, any applicable law, rule or regulation, or any order, decree or agreement by which Fund may be bound. The Fund agrees to notify State Street promptly of any change in the Fund's circumstances and of any changes in statutes, regulations, rules, requirements or policies which may impact State Street's performance of its responsibilities hereunder or its related operational policies and procedures as they relate to the Fund in a manner different from or in addition to requirements applicable to investment companies registered under the 1940 Act in general.

Fund will be responsible for notifying State Street of any changes in statutes, regulations, rules, requirements or policies which may impact State Street’s performance of its responsibilities hereunder or its related operational policies and procedures as they relate to the Fund in a manner different from or in addition to requirements applicable to investment companies registered under the 1940 Act in general.
Adoption of Procedures. State Street and PIMCO, on behalf of each Fund, hereby adopt the Funds Transfer Operating Guidelines attached hereto as Exhibit B. State Street and PIMCO may from time to time adopt such additional procedures as they agree upon, and State Street may conclusively assume that no procedure approved or directed by PIMCO, any Fund’s or any Portfolio’s accountants or other advisors conflicts with or violates any requirements of the prospectus or registration statement, articles of incorporation and bylaws or trust instrument, any applicable law, rule or regulation, or any order, decree or agreement by which the applicable Fund may be bound. PIMCO will be responsible for notifying State Street of any changes in statutes, regulations, rules, requirements or policies which may impact State Street’s performance of its responsibilities hereunder or its related operational policies and procedures as they relate to the Funds in a manner different from or in addition to requirements applicable to investment companies registered under the 1940 Act in general.
Adoption of Procedures. IFTC and Fund hereby adopt the Funds Transfer Operating Guidelines attached hereto as Exhibit B. IFTC and Fund may from time to time adopt such additional procedures as they agree upon, and IFTC may conclusively assume that no procedure approved or directed by Fund, Fund's or Portfolio's accountants or other advisors conflicts with or violates any requirements of the prospectus, articles of incorporation, bylaws, any applicable law, rule or regulation, or any order, decree or agreement by which Fund may be bound. Fund will be responsible for notifying IFTC of any changes in statutes, regulations, rules, requirements or policies which might necessitate changes in IFTC's responsibilities or procedures.

State Street and the Fund may from time to time adopt procedures as they agree upon, and State Street may conclusively assume that no procedure approved or directed by the Fund or its accountants or other advisors conflicts with or violates any requirements of its prospectus, articles of incorporation, bylaws, any applicable law, rule or regulation, or any order, decree or agreement by which the Fund may be bound. The Fund will be responsible to notify State Street of any changes in statutes, regulations, rules, requirements or policies which might necessitate changes in State Street's responsibilities or procedures.
Adoption of Procedures. State Street and the Insurance Company may from time to time adopt such procedures as they agree upon, and State Street may conclusively assume that no such procedure approved or directed by the Insurance Company, the Insurance Company’s accountants, Auditors or other advisors conflicts with or violates any requirements of the Governing Documents, any prospectus or similar document applicable to the Account, any applicable law, rule or regulation, or any order, decree or agreement by which the Insurance Company may be bound, provided that such assumption is in good faith and reasonable. The Insurance Company will provide State Street with Proper Instructions in the event that the Insurance Company determines that its or State Street’s responsibilities or procedures require modification.

State Street and Fund may from time to time adopt such additional procedures as they agree upon, and State Street may conclusively assume that no procedure approved or directed by Fund or its accountants or other advisors conflicts with or violates any requirements of the prospectus or registration statement, articles of incorporation and bylaws or trust instrument, any applicable law, rule or regulation, or any order, decree or agreement by which the Fund may be bound. Fund will be responsible for notifying State Street of any changes in statutes, regulations, rules, requirements or policies which may impact State Street's performance of its responsibilities hereunder or its related operational policies and procedures as they relate to the Fund in a manner different from or in addition to requirements applicable to investment companies registered under the 1940 Act in general.
