Common use of Notice of Adverse Claims Clause in Contracts

Notice of Adverse Claims. Upon receipt of written notice of any lien, encumbrance or adverse claim against the Account or any portion of the Collateral carried therein, Securities Intermediary shall use reasonable efforts to notify Secured Party and Pledgor as promptly as practicable under the circumstances.

Notice of Adverse Claims. Upon receipt of written notice of any lien, encumbrance or adverse claim against the Account or any portion of the Account Collateral carried therein, the Securities Intermediary shall use reasonable efforts to notify the Secured Party, the Pledgor and any Additional Secured Party and Pledgor as promptly as practicable under the circumstances.
