Common use of Notice of Adverse Reactions Clause in Contracts

Notice of Adverse Reactions. During the Exclusive Period, either Party shall promptly report to the other Party any information regarding adverse events related to the use of the Product in accordance with the Adverse Event Reporting Procedures (as may be amended from time to time upon mutual agreement) set forth as Exhibit E and incorporated herein by reference.
