Product Labelling. The labelling of all Products sold or offered for sale under this Agreement shall expressly state that
(a) the Product is manufactured under a license from the Medicines Patent Pool; and
(b) any other use, beyond the Field, is not authorized.
Product Labelling. (a) During the Exclusive Period, the Labelling shall, if Schering elects to use the ICN Trademark, contain the ICN Trademark and shall otherwise be consistent in format (but not substance) with the Labelling for Schering's other pharmaceutical products sold in the corresponding country within the Territory at the time in question. Unless prohibited by applicable law, if Schering elects to use the ICN Trademark, the Labelling shall indicate that the Product is under license from ICN.
(b) To the extent Schering elects to use the ICN Trademark, Schering shall not change the Labelling in format (but not substance) during the Exclusive Period without the prior written authorization of ICN (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), except that ICN's consent is not required if Schering, at its own cost and expense, desires to change the colors and other elements of trade dress to conform to the trade dress of Schering's other pharmaceutical products, provided that such change does not affect the other applicable Labelling requirements of this Section 5.2.
Product Labelling. All Compound Products and all VEGF Products sold by a Party shall carry that Party’s name and logo. A Party shall have no rights to have its name and logo incorporated on the label or otherwise associated with the other Party’s Compound Products or VEGF Products (as applicable).
Product Labelling. Usually, packaging requirements are agreed upon with the supplier for series production. The agreed arrangements must be adhered to by the supplier accordingly. Deviations from this requirement result in defect reports and a negative assessment at the next supplier evaluation. In case of products that are based on drawings, the following information must be attached to the load carriers/packaging by the supplier: - Name of part - Part number/drawing number with change/revision status - Lot number (LOT-number) / production date - Amount/content - Supplier number/vendor code - For automotive products, the appropriate VDA label including barcode has to be attached These labels shall be attached in such a way that the marking cannot be changed or lost during transport or through the impact of other environmental influences. For more information refer to the internet / supplier portal, “Packaging & Logistics Guidelines”, to be found on the supplier portal (document 1037). Deviations from this provision result in defects reports and a negative assessment at the next supplier evaluation.
Product Labelling. To ensure informed choice by consumers, to facilitate the work of healthcare professionals and to allow effective control by the regulatory authorities, cosmetic products in the market should conform with designated labelling requirements. The requirements in the approved Technical Document on Product Labelling requirements should be followed.
Product Labelling. To the extent permitted under applicable Laws, all Licensed Products in the Licensed Territory shall carry the Ipsen name and logo on the product label and shall state that the Licensed Product is licensed from Lexicon; and all written promotional materials associated with each Licensed Product in the Licensed Territory shall indicate that the Licensed Product was licensed from Lexicon.
Product Labelling. Aspen will implement the CCSI, and its updates, into the Product Labelling for Aspen Allocated Territories until such time, if any, the Parties agree in writing that Iroko will have these responsibilities.
Product Labelling. The labelling of settlement products is an equally intricate and thorny issue. There is currently no requirement for Israeli settlement products, retailed in the EC, to be labelled as such.20 The European Parliament and Council Directive 2000/13/EC, contains the main Community law provisions governing the labelling, presentation and advertisement of foodstuffs.21 The rationale underpinning the Directive is evidenced in recital (6), which affirms that the principal consideration of any rules regarding labelling should be that of ensuring that the consumer is both informed and protected. Furthermore, recital (14) states the labelling laws should prohibit the use of information that would mislead the purchaser. To this end, Article 2(1) provides that:

Product Labelling. Capricor shall provide labelling for the Products which is compliant with the Regulations. If Distributor requests that Capricor label a serial barcode and/or packaging of the Product in Japanese, Capricor shall cooperate with respect to such requests and discuss in good faith with Distributor how to meet such requests. Any costs for labelling a serial barcode and packaging in Japanese (including but not limited to the procurement of materials) shall be borne by Capricor. Distributor will prepare a serial barcode and information such as a drawing for packaging in Japanese at its expense.
