Common use of Notice of Allegations Clause in Contracts

Notice of Allegations. Each Party shall notify the other in writing of any allegations it receives from a Third Party that the manufacture, production, use, development, sale or distribution of any Product or any technology or intellectual property licensed by a Party under this Agreement infringes the intellectual property rights of such Third Party.
