The Depositary is hereby directed to send notices informing the Holders of ADSs (i) of the terms of this Amendment No. 1, (ii) of the Effective Date of this Amendment No. 1, (iii) that the Holder of ADRs shall be given the opportunity, but that it is unnecessary, to substitute their ADRs with new ADRs reflecting the changes effected by this Amendment No. 1, as provided in Section 5.01 hereof, (iv) that Holders of Uncertificated ADSs do not need to take any action in connection with this Amendment No. 1, and (v) that copies of this Amendment No. 1 may be retrieved from the Commission’s website at xxx.xxx.xxx and may be obtained from the Depositary and the Company upon request.
