Elimination of Pre-Release Transactions. (a) Section 1.5 of the Deposit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such section as of the Effective Date and replacing such section with the following in its stead:
Elimination of Pre-Release Transactions. (a) Section 1.15 of the Deposit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the last sentence of such section as of the Effective Date.
Elimination of Pre-Release Transactions. (a) Article I of the Deposit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the definition of “Applicant” as of the Effective Date.
Elimination of Pre-Release Transactions. To reflect the elimination of the Depositary’s ability to conduct Pre-Release Transactions, the form of ADR attached as Exhibit A to the Deposit Agreement and each of the ADRs issued and outstanding under the terms of the Deposit Agreement is hereby amended as of the Effective Date by deleting paragraph 24 in its entirety and inserting the following in its stead:
