Notice of Amendment to Holders of ADSs. The Depositary is hereby directed to send notices informing the Holders of ADSs (i) of the terms of this Amendment, (ii) of the Effective Date of this Amendment, (iii) that the Holder of ADRs shall be given the opportunity, but that it is unnecessary, to substitute their ADRs with new ADRs reflecting the changes effected by this Amendment, as provided in Section 5.01 hereof, (iv) that Holders of Uncertificated ADSs do not need to take any action in connection with the Amendment; and (v) that copies of this Amendment may be retrieved from the Commission's website at www.sec.gov and may be obtained frxx xxx Xxxxsitary and the Company upon request.
