Common use of Notice of Approval Clause in Contracts

Notice of Approval. or of refusal of approval of a vehicle type pursuant to this Regulation shall be communicated to the Contracting Parties to the Agreement which apply this Regulation by means of a form conforming to the model in Annex 1, Appendix 1 to this Regulation and of drawings, giving the particulars referred to in paragraphs 2.3.2.1., 2.3.2.2. and 2.3.2.3. above (supplied by the applicant for approval) in a format not exceeding A 4 (210 x 297 mm) or folded to that format and on an appropriate scale.
